How do I measure my head? 
We offer a range of cap sizes, which typically fits 95% of women with a head circumference between 21-23”.


The Band is Key: The elastic band is the most crucial element for a secure, glueless fit. The cap size mainly affects comfort rather than security.

Who are GG’s fit for?: Our wigs are not designed for complete beginners.They are for individuals who have basic installation knowledge and know how to style a wig.We provide a high quality foundation — if you have experience, your results will be 10× better than with a standard pre made wig.

Ready to wear: “Ready to wear” it’s not "ready" in the literal sense.Think about ready to bake cookies. They're pre-mixed and shaped, but you still need to put them in the oven, adjust baking time for your specific oven, and maybe add your own finishing touches.

Same with wigs, a ready to wear wig gives you the foundation, but you'll still need to adjust the cap size with the band , tint the lace and style it to frame your face perfectly. The "ready" part just means the hard work of creating the basic structure is done for you - but the personalisation that makes it look natural on YOU still needs to happen.

Texture disclaimer :Any unit with a “bodywave” like appearance is only a temporary style.It is straight hair that is barrel curled and will not last long.Watch your GG classes when you’re ready to reveal your hair.

Length disclaimer: When selecting your desired hair length, keep in mind that styling will affect the final appearance. Curling hair significantly impacts its length:

- Curls can reduce hair length by up to 4 inches
- For example: To achieve 26-inch curled hair, opt for straight hair that's 28-30 inches long

Wig cap disclaimer: Always size up, not down when choosing your wig cap.If your head measures 21.8–21.9 inches, you are effectively a 22-inch cap, not a 21.To ensure comfort and longevity, it’s always better to choose a slightly larger size (22 or even 23 inches) — this allows space for your natural braids, prevents headaches, and avoids the wig becoming too tight or sliding back over time.

For best results, always install on flat, freshly braided hair. Overgrown or bulky braids can take up room inside the cap and distort the fit. We recommend a minimum of 10–15 small, neat cornrows to achieve a flat and secure foundation.

Colour disclaimer :Please note that the colour of your unit may vary, despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones and computer screens cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colors.
Each wig is professionally dyed using highly pigmented colour formulas, which may result in visible tinting on knots or lace, especially for red or vibrant shades.

This is completely normal and not a fault — it’s a result of our advanced colouring process that achieves full, rich tones.

For red or brightly dyed wigs, knots may remain red after bleaching.

This is due to the strong pigment in our dye formulations and does not affect lace integrity or overall appearance.

Single Knotted closures : Our closures are custom-designed and hand-knotted with single knotsacross 2–5 cm of the front hairline — more than standard market closures, which often only use single knots for 1 cm or less. While this technique provides a flawless, natural hairline, it also makes the area more delicate and prone to shedding if over-plucked or handled roughly.

 Lace Cutting : Never cut your lace in a straight line.For a natural finish, cut in a soft, jagged motion and always check tutorials or our official GG Wig Guide for technique. Incorrect lace cutting can affect fit and melt.

Shipping Disclaimers

All orders placed on the website are subject to a 26-37 business day (excluding potential delays) processing window PRIOR to shipment (processing time = time used to make your unit). Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

    •    Domestic 3-5 Business Days via Royal Mail

    •    International 5-7 Business Days via UPS

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Please note once your order is shipped, we are not liable for lost/stolen/missing packages as they’re handled by the courier.

If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we cannot refund/compensate you - we recommend opening a claim with the courier. 

Shipping:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is SHIPPED we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

Duties, Imports & Taxes Policy

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

The customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges that may be incurred once the parcel reaches its destination country.

We strongly advise customers to check their local customs regulations before placing an order, as import policies vary by region.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for all import-related fees associated with your shipment.

Returns policy

Due to the nature of customised wigs, we do not accept returns. Under UK Consumer Rights Law, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard return policy. As each wig is customised to order, they fall within this exemption

Returns :

Returns are only permitted with our prior approval, and eligibility will be assessed on a case by case basis, depending on the reason and circumstances of the return.

• International returns must be sent via UPS (fully trackable).
• UK returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

⚠️ Failure to use these services may result in no refund being issued.

If your parcel is lost in transit and you did not use the required service, we cannot provide a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the wig must be:

• Unworn
• Free from makeup, tint, or product
• Returned in its original packaging with the tag attached

All customer returns must be tracked and followed up by the customer until they are successfully delivered.

1. Return shipping costs:Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return.

2. Tracking numbers:You must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within 72 hours of receiving your GG. Messages received after 72 hours will not be considered. Please include photos of the GG for our reference .We will reply with return instructions once we confirm that your request is consistent with our policies.

GGs will be reviewed upon receipt, and if they meet all of the above conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
