Shipping Disclaimers
All orders placed on the website are subject to a 25-30 business day (excluding potential delays) processing window PRIOR to shipment (processing time = time used to make your unit). Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
• Domestic 3-5 Business Days
• International 5-7 Business Days
When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note once your order is shipped, we are not liable for lost/stolen/missing packages as they’re handled by the courier.
If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we cannot refund/compensate you - we recommend opening a claim with the courier.
Shipping:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is SHIPPED we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
Returns policy
Due to the nature of customised wigs, we do not accept returns. Under UK Consumer Rights Law, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard return policy. As each wig is customised to order, they fall within this exemption
Returns :
Returns are only permitted with our prior approval, and eligibility will be assessed on a case by case basis, depending on the reason and circumstances of the return.
- International returns must be sent via UPS (fully trackable).
- UK returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
⚠️ Failure to use these services may result in no refund being issued.
If your parcel is lost in transit and you did not use the required service, we cannot provide a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the wig must be:
- Unworn
- Free from makeup, tint, or product
- Returned in its original packaging with the tag attached
All customer returns must be tracked and followed up by the customer until they are successfully delivered.
1. Return shipping costs:Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return.
2. Tracking numbers:You must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within 72 hours of receiving your GG. Messages received after 72 hours will not be considered. Please include photos of the GG for our reference .We will reply with return instructions once we confirm that your request is consistent with our policies.
GGs will be reviewed upon receipt, and if they meet all of the above conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
